Mute and Add People!
I might be wrong since I haven't played this game much only 12 games! But as it seem, I can't seem to mute either people or add any if they seem nice! These features could improve this game if it not...

You should be able to mute squad members in game. While playing you should be able to hit tab, at the top there is a tab for Squad. Going to the squad screen gives you the option to mute their voice, pings, or chat.
I haven't checked, but you may even be able to add from that screen as well. If not, I think giving the option to add there as well, or at the end stats splash page would be an awesome idea.
