My account got hacked and banned because of hackers but EA refuse all

Question

My computer was hacked, they stole everythign in my computer: gmail, discord, origin, files, etc.(I have to reinstall windows and buy a new SSD becasue they still have access to my computer) I sent ticket 5 times but no exception. I'm so disappointed, my level is 420, i nearly have my first heirloom. i buy apex packs and battle pass every season, now i have tons of legendary items, it's invaluable to me. I just though giving up Apex but i love this game so much, i cant accept that my account was banned because of cheating, i never have done anything against EA rules. My ban history is still empty until now, cant find out anything. I sent every evidences had: scr captured including hacker's IP, my IP, my stat before and after being hacked,. but EA refused it all. It looks like i was forced to stop playing Apex. My friend's account was banned in the same day although he didn't play for a year and I didnt play for 4 months. Now my account just can play in firing range only, i wish they deleted it in spite of online banning. I hope they will unban my account someday, i'm just a victim not a hacker.

@minatoaquknnn Hey there, this is a issue only the Terms of Service teams can assist with. Forum mods or community managers do not have access to account information when it comes to bans. You can only speak with them about the situation. As suggested above you will need to enable 2 step on every website and game that offers it.

@minatoaquknnn&nbsp;If that is the case maybe you got bigger issues to worry about than an EA/Steam/Origin account ban.I am sorry to hear all that happened to you and wish the best for you.If you got hacked so bad that your whole computer was compromised you should report it to the police.&nbsp;

I would like to add that if you have not already done so you will need to contact the Terms of Service Team (TOS) and open up a ticket to have your case reviewed.&nbsp;Do you really expect that anyone is going to open that link after you suggested that your whole computer was compromised.&nbsp;Again I wish you the best and hope everything works out for you.

Click&nbsp;Contact us&nbsp;at the top of any page on EA Help.
Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose&nbsp;Origin.
Choose your platform.
Select&nbsp;Manage my account, then&nbsp;Banned or suspended account.
Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click&nbsp;Select contact option.
Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
