My account has been banned and no support assistant has showed up

first someone used my account and used hacks then i got banned in apex, then i got banned in origin for suspicious activity and had to change password, tried to enable verification but page dies on me. sad im not able to finish apex legends quest for season 5.....

plz send help ive alredy sent 2 report cases, one for apex and is on "waiting for player", which redirected me to make the second case case but on my locked account.

its been more thank 72hr... plz help.

@PointerXD you have to contact EA customer support and raise a ticket and create a ban appeal to get the case reviewed , but there is no any guarantee that they will lift the ban so good luck

@PointerXD Why would anybody want to use your account specifically when they could just create their own account for free? Surely it'd be more expedient to create a free account and go about their business than it would be to crack your account.

i swear im not making this up, now that i think about it some dude in a match ragequitted 2 days before i was banned caused i took gold armor (i was closer to it than him)
i dunno, its just me thinking back. Im sad i lost all my progress ☹️

wait... so there is no way for me to recover my stuff? even tough i did nothing wrong? man this is so bad, i dont like being shafted like this. If i were a hacker i would just make another account but im not, dude i unlocked all characters in that account.
someone here has gotten through the same things? has anyone here been succesful in getting their accounts back after EA locks you out?

@PointerXD you can follow the actual advice given, but it's in the ToS teams hands.
If you can provide solid evidence that it wasn't you, then you might be in with a chance of recovering your account.

@PointerXDsounds more like you got shafted cause you used detected cheats and caught yourself a HWID ban.

I dont use cheats.... just google what HWID bans and im saddend to say im a false flag. should not have happened to me ☹️

@PointerXD well if you're telling the truth then hopefully you get your account back. Usually false-positives can get overturned.
Just keep in mind that with COVID and all that, there's probably a delay in response time.

is there anyway for me to proof im telling the truth? any kind of pc scan results i can present or something? i really dont know
