Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I’ve dealt with this a couple times before of being randomly banned, I thought this time wasn’t any different there has been times where I don’t like for weeks at a time and after logging in one night after getting off work it says I’m banned again. So I submit an appeal like I did all the other times but this time the ban says it’s permanent, and EA is saying I was using gameplay enhancement. I tried appealing again because why would I use gameplay enhancement on an account I’ve spent over 300 dollars on and spent over 700 hours on, but the ban has stuck and they sent me an email saying they “took the right action”. Genuinely what can I even do here, I’ve never used cheats before and am confused on why I was banned or how, they didn’t show any reason or when i cheated just saying that I did and they caught me. It just feels like I'm being punished for nothing, i just recently started enjoying apex again and have been wanting to play it but now I can’t even do that, does anyone have any advice or tips I can use.
