My account was hacked in 2024 and subsequently banned.

My account was hacked in 2024 and subsequently banned. I really enjoy this game, especially playing it with friends. But now I can't find a way to lift the ban.

I'm not sure what information is needed to help solve this problem. I have multiple case numbers and screenshots of past efforts, but there is no solution. Whatever I need, I will do my best to provide.

Can someone help me?

    Hey AXqiufeng,

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. We are unable to review this via the forums.

    If you're having trouble creating an appeal, you may be able to create the case by signing out of your account and selecting Continue without logging in when you're prompted to sign back in. Alternatively, it may help to use an email with a different domain to try creating a case.

    I have tried submitting emails many times before, but due to network or other reasons, I have been unable to send them out.

    I think I can only appeal through here. Because I am always waiting when trying to send an appeal via email. Unable to upload successfully, as you know.At present, I don't know how to solve it.

    Unfortunately, this is not a place to appeal. We cannot review, discuss, or change any account actions here on the forums. The only place to appeal would be through our Terms of Service team, using the previous steps.

    Specifically, you'll need to use a different email domain to create a case. You may be able to sign out and use the Continue without logging in option, but if that isn't allowing you to start the appeal, you'll need to do so from a different account using a different email domain.
