My Apex Account has been banned.
My account was banned without a reason why, and I sent two messages to the help center asking for more information, as I have never cheated or done anything of that nature and I am unable to even talk to someone to get more details around this. This account had financial investments so it is a bit more serious than just “make a new account”, and not to mention how poor the customer service has been from EA on this matter. The only thing I can think of is that I downloaded the Steam version of Apex as I had previously played on origin, and within 24 hours my account was banned. 6 or 7 hours after the ban, I finally received an email saying I was “cheating” but that is as specific as it got. I have never cheated, I never planned to cheat, and I will not support or play this game on another account, as I have followed all guidelines while using EA services, so is there any better way to reach out and actually receive help? It’s been almost two weeks without so much as an email of acknowledgment that I sent a question.
Zeelmaekers Edit: - Made title more clear.

Just keep an eye on your mailbox and also check your spam and promotion folders as sometimes these emails can get routed over there.
