my Apex Legends account was reset.
When I wanted to connect my EA account, it said it was already connected, but it sent me to the link so I could send in-game gifts to my friends.
My main account was linked to a different EA account and the account I had was reset and I lost my level and everything I had purchased.
We can't remove the cooldown for linking and unlinking accounts, this is applied across all EA accounts.
Once the time is up, to attempt to recover items you will want to relink the account to its original EA account. For more information on linking and unlinking accounts check out our help articles:
