hi I've used 368.1GB out of 861.4GB of my system storage.

Trying to get up the servers doesn't work at all there isn't anything there it's just black then at the top it says Name: Ping: Packet loss %

And that's all.

@Sassysnake007 Hmm I doubt it's the memory usage. Have you run through these steps? https://help.ea.com/en/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-playstation/

If none of that works you might consider contacting EA Customer support and see if they can help you. I'd imagine they could go through everything with you and all of your settings. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
