He finally got to work the only way he could get it to work is factory reset his laptop
DAEMON tools lite he doesn’t even know what that is and neither do I he’s never installed it or heard of it so how would he go about uninstalling something he’s never installed?
What program could it be because it worked fine before the update? The recent update is what messed it up. We’ve never had a problem playing before.?
If I knew the answer to that I would tell you.
Did your friend recently install other apps? If yes maybe try de-installing them as a process of elimination.
BTW what DX version are they running? If DX11 that may be the problem as it is no longer supported. They would need to run DX12 and if they cannot then they will not be able to play Apex.
He’s uninstalling the game reinstalling it he’s on a boat so he gets back Friday so I’ll see if it’s fixed I told him I’d try to figure something out while he was out at sea
