my cases don't show up.
My account is locked and new cases cannot be created
When I tried to create a case about challenging the lockout, it just didn't show up in my cases. And the page remains blank.

Instead it redirects me to another page to describe my problem, and it creates a loop that takes me nowhere..... I've tried submitting three times now, and so nothing shows up in the cases. What should I do?
