my cases don't show up.

Question

My account is locked and new cases cannot be created

When I tried to create a case about challenging the lockout, it just didn't show up in my cases. And the page remains blank.

Instead it redirects me to another page to describe my problem, and it creates a loop that takes me nowhere..... I've tried submitting three times now, and so nothing shows up in the cases. What should I do?

Sent it now without logging into my account. Nothing has appeared in my cases anyway, I can only hope for a reply to the email. But this is a very sad situation

sadsadff &nbsp;Unfortunately, account locks, bans, and suspensions cannot be handled on the forums as those can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.Furthermore, each player is allowed to create up to 3 cases to appeal a ban, but if all 3 cases are denied, then sadly that would mean that the ban will be upheld. If you haven't created your 3rd case yet, have you tried creating one while not signed in?

sadsadff&nbsp; It can take about 3-5 business day, (or longer), and be sure to not open up too many cases, as that can cause further delays.

Hi there. Try signing out of the help site. Then, see if you can submit another case without being signed in. You should be able to do this. Let me know if you have some trouble with it. Thanks!
