My friend got perma banned for no reason?
My friends account was banned about 3 hours ago to this post while he was out. He comes back to log on to apex and finds out he's banned. he checks it out and turns out his account location to egypt and an account access from egypt. Any advice for any help to get EA to actually do something about this situation? (he is from denmark and plays on europe servers if thats relevant)
Hi there. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. Your friend will need to submit a dispute to have Terms of Service investigate the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thank you.
