So my friends logged on to Apex Legends today and got 20 apex packs and a bunch of legend tokens. One is level 25 and the other is 23. They don't have battle passes, but I do. Is it because I have a battle pass I didn't get that? I am level 55.
Did I miss an update note?

They got all 20 at the same time plus the legend tokens. Instead of being able to get 1 legend, they both could get 2....
They also were not lying, I was sitting right next to them.
Im at the same situation um a LVL 70 and got like 2 apex packs and no Legend tokens ... And i got the battle pass also my friends are LVL 20 and 31.... Bit confused tho they got like 35 packs and 30k Legends token

No, nothing unfortunately.
I'm a little salty to be honest. I've put a lot of hours into the game to level to 55 and unlock 2 legends. (yeah not as impressive as most but for my schedule, it's a lot :P)
I also spent money on the game for the battle pass.
And suddenly my friends who barely ever play get this. Yeah, little salty 😢
