My friends got 20 free apex packs and a bunch of legend tokens, I didn't.

So my friends logged on to Apex Legends today and got 20 apex packs and a bunch of legend tokens. One is level 25 and the other is 23. They don't have battle passes, but I do. Is it because I have a ...

Yeah I'm only level 22 ATM but I got 19 apex packs and I had about 12000 or something tokens, it gave me quite a few so much that I bought caustic and still had about 10000 left.
