My ideas of buffing recon class without making it op

General class buffs:

• All scans show enemies health and shields.
• upon scan the enemy is marked for 5 seconds. Marked enemies receive critical damage every few shots.

Specific legends buffs:

• Bloodhound:
• Passive: Able to see enemies footsteps (Like when he is in ult).
• ultimate: Decrease recharge time by 30 seconds.

• Crypto:
• Passive: Cloaked hacker as a passive. Also temporary speed boost after using drone for 5s.
• Tactical: Crypto can assign drone to himself. Making it follows him (Controversial).

• Vantage:
• Passive: Reload snipers faster.
• Ultimate: Hits scan enemies for 3.5 seconds.

• Seer:
• Tactical: Hits stun enemies for longer and inflict damage to enemies deployed objects. 

the only 2 legends that dont need buffs are Valk and Sparrow so I will exclude them.
