@NachoPanda478 Do you own a 4:3 monitor (portrait) or 9:16 (letterbox)? Try setting the Video to windowed at the smallest resolution 720p (1280x720) and check to see, if the window retains the same shape as your monitor. When or if you exhaust all the settings and formats in the game settings, check your GPU settings in the OS. If you have a 4K or a 21:9 TV you may have to scale it down, I really can't say for sure, since mine works at 1080p at most.
