need a refund

hello!

so past few days I have been in school and notice someone is using my account, I didn't give anyone my account's password, and I change my password not long ago, and he bought a legendary skin for ash with material and one for a havoc with apex coins

Could you please remove the skins and refund the coins and material

    @H20Kazxries Hey there, this typically is not something that can be returned. While you did not give out your password someone did obtain it to use the account. Which 2 step verification would of prevented. Account security is up to the account holder to make their accounts secure. Not fully securing your account puts you at risk of these things happening. For that I do not think they refund coins or other currencies on the accounts due to that.

    @H20Kazxries like @E9ine_AC said 2 factor Id would stop something like this happening. Also if someone hack your account and gets it hardware banned you might be out of luck as well.

    Take up the suggestion contact and EA advisor to get your account secured and enable 2 Factor ID on the account and e-mail associated with it.
