Need help recovering old EA account

Hi, I have an EA account from about 8 years ago linked to Apex Legends. I no longer have access to the original email on the account and can’t recover it through Google either (I was a kid when I made it and used a random email).

I can log into the linked PlayStation Network (PSN) account without any issue. When I try to log into EA using “Log in with PlayStation Network,” it shows me the account’s email, but I get an error when I click Next to continue.

I tried the NextStep chatbot on EA Help but it couldn’t connect me to a live agent. Could someone help me get connected to support, or point me to the right recovery process? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the reply! I actually already tried both of those — the recovery page and the Contact EA chatbot. The chatbot (NextStep) couldn’t connect me to a live agent, and it seems to loop back without resolving anything. Is there any other way to reach a human agent directly, or does anyone know if an EA staff member could take a look at this?
