Need help

I got gifted battle pass and it says i own it but i never

 got any of the battle pass rewards

    Hey 11200221321​,

    Was this the Ultimate+ Battle Pass Upgrade? Battle passes themselves are not currently giftable. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the offer/item?

    If you were only gifted the upgrade, you would still need to unlock the Battle Pass itself before you'll have access to that content.
