I did the Spock eyebrow lift when I shot someone with it mid range and hit them for around seventy damage. At the time it was the only weapon I had, it was one of those moments where you dropped into an area with multiple teams running amok. That shouldn't happen at those ranges. The easiest solution is to give the pellets a distance based damage value. At mid range it does practically nothing, and at far range it does jack * even if some pellets do hit the person. Personal opinion though.
