Nerf Volt Damage 16 -> 13, people are really MAD!

We all know it can beam people but 16 damage is too high for a weapon that can beam enemies. Please do not increase the recoil because it would become another Havoc. The Havoc has high damage and h...

@pastaclown This is exactly right. It is quite dumb. Then you have days like today where the r301 is a crafting gun so the light guns on the floor stink and there is very little ammo available.

The issue is, the gun is better than the R99.
The Volt is an R99 on Crack and Steroids.
It has no recoil.
It has 16 damage.
It has fast projectile speed.
Super Long range.
Fast reloads.

The R99 has more recoil.
R99 has 11 damage,
now 12 as care package weapon.
medium projestile speed.
medium reload speed.

The Volt does everthing better than the R99, with more damage!

    @hhnbbfggty66 Volt has the same TTK as the Prowler. It shoots slower hence the low recoil. Prowler nerf too?

      @BaldWraithSimp The prowler has much slower projectile speed though. I just landed in second place. My team had full red evos. Two of the players in their squad had Volts. They melted both my team members within seconds.. and mind you one of them was a predator. The volt needs both a damage and range damage nerf. It's an SMG. It shouldn't be more powerful than a Havoc ffs. Respawn should look into balancing weapons like DICE does; Nerf all weapons at ranges they shouldn't be used at.
