Nerf Volt Damage 16 -> 13, people are really MAD!

I like it. Its powerful but with the scarcity of energy ammo it's usually an issue if more than one player on the team is running one, especially since it so desperately needs an extended mag.

I dont find I'm dying to it that often either tbh, I think people are just hating on it because it's the new weapon and a lot of people are using it for its novelty.
