New Hero Suggestion: Chameleon
Passive: Quicker finisher / when performing a finisher go stealth for 5 seconds after
Active: Go stealth for 8 seconds, or however long it takes to go from one building to another, firing weapon brings you out of stealth
Ultimate: throw a box that makes weapons silenced for a duration / a certain amount of shots. Or make a invisible bubble that causes sound not to leave the bubble.
