New legend concept: catapult

Backstory: catapult is a hired demoltionist of edwardo silver. He is single handedly one of the main destructive forces on the moon to a point that he requested an area to enjoy his job alone. As a result he has clashed with catalyst on several occasions each time sending the witch back to lick her wounds. Except for one time and due to this he has set sights on ruining her in the games
Passive: bomb shelter. Damage from explosives of any type is reduced, effects such as concussion and slow have no but effect (possibly knock back as well thats if you wish to remove standard nade stratagies
Reason: haveing several characters with explosive attacks includeing one that is purely explosion abilities makes him quite strong to counter them and can keep presureing even when they are thinking safe
Tactical: gamma core slingshot
Once activate place a device upon the ground. Holding the button allows you to angle it. After a delay the device will fire a bomb at a direction. Once fired and the bomb comes into contact with anything invludeing you it will explode dealing a set amount of damage amd creating a radiation zone that works similar to caustic gas. You only have one and it has a cool down of about 25seconds meaning you can't spam a powerful attack. You are not immune to the radiation however unlike caustic you can launch it distance. Additionally you can use it to cover an exit such as a door while you push another angle preventing them from escape or giving a false sense of survival.
Reason: it would have multiple uses that would be able to give attack and defensive potential. E.g. you are running they are chasing so you place it down aimed behind you and after a delay it launches the bomb which will effect them while also dealing damage. The entire idea of to give false senses of security letting the enemies know that they probably should not have peeked as now they are getting damage from radiation and getting pushed. Ultimately the uses are very creative which is something I like about mirage so I thought someone with creative damage plays would also be nice to.
Ultimate: rich mans rose:
Once activated the you will be slowed but will draw a large rocket launcher like weapon. This weapon will charge up and fire a large rocket that will at first start off moving somewhat slow but the further it travels the faster it gets. When it hits it does more damage to non player objects such as shields and doors but it also deals medium damage to player and adds a knock back effect. If the rocket is shot while airborne you will be pushed by the recoil a small distance. It has no bullet drop. Unfortunately once activated a light will reveal your location so you have to descide on its use if you want it to be long range, mobility or a base destroyer. (May have overstocked it so feel free to remove the
Reason: first I liked the idea of a a rocket launcher but I didn't think a weapon was a smart idea. So the next best idea is a ultimate. Second yes I named it after a hunter x hunter ability that was bad *. Third I thought that an attack that could wipe out defensive abilities and set ups quickly while also being far away I'm talking the Hammond labs long distance zipline length. I didn't want to make this busted though which is almost unavoidable with rocket launchers as they are either op or underwhelming with incredibly low room of balance. Feel free to suggest something more balanced if needed
Strength: Able to givfalse sense of security while dealing damage from a distance. Creative plays with simple rewarding abilities. Counters characters with explosions
Weaknesses: long cooldowns, skill shots, larger target, easily escaped abilities if planned against or thoughtabout. Caustic is immune to radiation
