@ISO200022 it's really hard to remain impartial here as I am mainly playing rampart and have been for a while now......but Sheila is a monstrosity in the right hands. I'm fairly confident nerfs are eventually going to be added to Sheila, a full rework isn't necessarily the solution though in my opinion.
Sheila essentially needs to be a risk/reward ultimate due to the sheer power it contains.
