Wingman was a bit to strong even after 5 nerfs or something. But they wanted the skullpiercer back right? So how to do this without people complaining the wingman is to good. Bring back no regs!...

While you're at it....dont even bother picking up a hemlok or triple take...both are currently shooting rubber bullets too.
- @MandatoryIDtag Hemlock is 100% the worst for me at the moment
- @MandatoryIDtag DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED I used to love the hemlock now I deal about half the damage I am supposed to with it. Makes me so sad.
