Wingman was a bit to strong even after 5 nerfs or something. But they wanted the skullpiercer back right? So how to do this without people complaining the wingman is to good. Bring back no regs!...

While you're at it....dont even bother picking up a hemlok or triple take...both are currently shooting rubber bullets too.
