NC is strong only in the ALGS. The problem might have been not knowing the enemy’s abilities.
@Cheese9ManThe only reason he gets played in algs is because you can play in weird spots. Then the horizon team comes, qs and messes them up. Or the team shoots out the wall. And only a couple teams actually play him. TSMs coach says he is a waste of a roster spot.

Not knowing aside, it still doesn't answer why it needs to be electrified. To keep people from climbing over really doesn't seem like much of a good reason to give him even more.
LL didn't get to keep her res shield and she didn't even get to move her team mates. She just had a drone, a rez shield and a care package. Now she has the * double res where you can barely ever pick up your team.
Doesn't seem right that he gets all of that, and an electrified barrier on top of it.It would be like making ramparts barriers electric. It's. Not. Needed.
Least now I know not to touch it.If it's so easy to remove why even bother with the electricity then?

Yeah I'm a casual player, I'm not going to have rotation figured out. Not even sure what that means honestly.I assume it has something to do with where the circle goes and where other teams will be.
A NC that has set-up can easily defeated by nades though. Strong, yes but he doesn’t need a nerf.
There was a NC squad where he placed a NC wall and I just simply threw a Caustic ult inside. This game also has a lot of legends where you can just jump through the wall just like what Hayhor said.
Another tip would also be to use Crypto as he disables the stun effect.

If you need a specific legend to over come it, then I'd say yes, that is an issue, because that means its unbalanced.
Not everyone is going to have said legend on their team or use it themselves.
