Heya,

How are you trying to link your Nintendo Account to your EA Account?
Keep in mind that if your Nintendo Account is linked to your EA Account, it won't show up on the Connected Accounts page.

To link a Nintendo Account to your EA Account, you'll have to launch the game from your Nintendo Switch, and it'll prompt you to log in with an EA Account & Link to it.

it wont let me cause it keeps bringing me back to the page that it cant send email thing on the log in

Thanks for popping up those images. It looks like you're playing on PC so we're likely dealing with the EA app. 

Could you double-check that the email address it's being sent to is the same one you're checking? You can verify by going to the Account Information tab of your EA Account settings and examining the email address registered to the EA account.

emeraldwolf_24​ From what it looks like, you haven't finished setting up your EA Account or there's another issue preventing the account from being linked, (which if you had linked another Switch Account to this EA Account before in the past, that would be why).

emeraldwolf_24​ This is indeed how you would link your Switch Account to your EA Account though.
