No Ban History but im banned?
I went to dispute my Ban in help.ea.com page but there's no info about any Ban on my account in my ban history. I haven't played this game since launch and wanted to start playing again but when I go...
You should be able to go through the categories and dispute the ban without needing to select anything from your ban history.
- Go to the contact us page: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Select the game you were banned from
- Then select your platform
- Select "Manage my account"
- Go to banned or suspended account
- Press "Select Contact Option"
- Select the email option in "Other support options"
