no ban history but still got banned

So, here is my current situation. On May 15th, when I was playing apex, I suddenly got banned for no reason. Thus, I checked through both my email and online ea ban history, and I found out I didn't receive regarding ban in my email and my ea online ban history. Therefore, I contacted ea help and chat with them. One agent helped me verify I am the owner of the account and told me that I have no ban history and no ban was found in my account. However, I couldn't log in to lobby. Once I log in to lobby, I got kicked out and said this account's has been banned. BUT! I found out I can still play apex on ps5 which is console. It's really frustrated me for this issue. I never use cheats on my account so I still can't figure out why I am getting banned and EA customer service still not able to unban my account and let me play on PC. Does anyone have this issue too?

I just got banned on the 7th of June too. I appealed and got denied. I have 3500 hours, original S2 pred trail, lots of heirlooms. Never cheated in my life. If they don’t figure out what’s going on and get my account back I’m leaving apex for good. Not making a new account. This is absurd. I deal with so many cheaters in ranked only to get banned myself for no reason. It’s just sad.

well same here you are not alone there i got banned exactly on the same 7th June as soon as i loaded up into the matchmaking lobby. and without any mail stating that i was banned and no ban history in my account.

I was also banned on June 7th, which made me sick. There were many cheaters in this game, but he never acted. He only banned normal players and not illegal players.

@EA_Aljo Come on, man, are there no developers on these forums? They neither publicly acknowledge that this is a bug nor give a proper channel to contact them (Ban history clear with no emails received at the time of ban and at present) (Was banned on the 7th of June, 1st case was opened, and got a reply, on the 9th of June that I was justifiably banned because I was cheating reopened a case that I have not yet received any updates). All we get is a stupid reply of contacting the TOS team and disputing our ban. And get an automated reply a couple of days later stating that we are banned for cheating that we clearly have not. Streamers being famous (Mande) can get unbanned within 24 hrs because of their EA connections, while the rest of the normal non-cheating legit player base is told to f- off...

2nd case reply just came in and was again denied...I give up fr.
I'm not even gonna bother taking the risk of opening a 3rd case because of rumors that if 3rd time is declined, they will stop giving support
Still, the ban history is clear, and no emails that state that I'm permanently banned other than the case replies.
