No Battle Pass "extras" from CASH PAID Premium

Has NO ONE else had this then? 

I opened a ticket with EA Support and they tell me I have received all my items on the day I purchase the pass which is NOT TRUE.

They are trying to get out of this and I swear this is false advertising/scam behaviour.

Are there actually any mods out there who will answer this????????????????

@smileybones555 I'm not sure about the instant rewards since I didn't buy the pass, but the "missing" 10 exotic shards is easy to explain, so here it goes:

The first 10 exotic shards is granted at level 20, and its the one where you must own the premium plus version of the battle pass to unlock.

The second 10 exotic shards is granted at level 30, and you need the base battle pass, which you can either do challenges to unlock, or pay to unlock the pass. (Completing the challenges will grant 1000 Apex Coins instead if you've already owned the pass)).

In your attached screenshot however, you had marked on the ultimate pass, which I'm guessing meant that you had payed for the $10 pass. In this case, you'll only get the instant rewards.

Break down of the passes:

Free - Well... its free... You get the basics.

950 AC - You get the premium pass.

$10 - You also get the premium pass, but since you've spent money and didn't use Apex Coins, (well for this split, completed the challenge that would of unlocked the pass), you also get packs and crafting materials as a bonus.

$20 - You get the premium pass, the same bonus from the $10 pass, (plus all the legends are unlocked for the season split), and you also get the additional items marked with a plus.

These items are tagged like so:

The level 20 exotic shards has a plus icon on it, which means it requires the $20 version of the battle pass. So EA Support was correct, you did get all your items if you had only bought the $10 pass version.

If you wish to get the 10 exotic shards, (and you do indeed own the $10 version of the pass), you'll have to either spend another $10 in the shop, (which is how much 10 exotic shards cost), however if you're going to buy the exotic shards, you can upgrade your pass instead:

If you had completed the challenges that would of unlocked the battle pass for free, you could of only spent the first $10 to upgrade the pass. That's what I would of done, but I'm not interested in the extra stuff offered in the ultimate plus pass.
