Has NO ONE else had this then?

I opened a ticket with EA Support and they tell me I have received all my items on the day I purchase the pass which is NOT TRUE.

They are trying to get out of this and I swear this is false advertising/scam behaviour.

Are there actually any mods out there who will answer this????????????????
