No Octane buff this season?
Why did my boy Octane get nothing this season? The "buff", if you can even call it that, isn't even worth mentioning.
Bloodhound was already in a strong position, and besides the quite strong Scout passive, he also gets an Ultimate buff? Good balance.
With reduced TTK Octane's stim hurts even more than ever. Bring back the fast movement speed bug while healing that unintentionally made him viable for like a week on season 5. Or give him Fortified. Or make his passive proc much earlier and heal faster. Literally anything. But hey he got new skin tho. I'll have fun spectating it in the lobby because there's no reason to pick him in an actual match.
