No progress was recorded towards my rank

I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience the passed couple seasons and I lag out every single game. Just now I got a win and lagged out sr the end. It said I got my 350 points but never gave it to me. All the hard work just for the game to ruin it even more. If only there was a way where I can get a refund on everything I’ve bought and delete it.
