No Response from Ban Dispute

@YaTealuIf you log in and do not see any case number on your account history, it may not have been submitted correctly.

Please start a new case exactly as explained here in this article and check if you will receive a new case number that you can follow.

@EA_Pulsar I'm 100% sure I followed exactly step by step using the instructions provided by your article, which is login to my account, go to ban history, select dispute my ban, go to the recommended method(email us), supply my information(name, email) and type the title and text body. I hit submit; I have done this 4 times already, and I just did it again, followed exactly in that article you shared. And I received this prompt after the submission(same as before).
