No Response to Custom Lobby Access Inquiry – Small Community of 8–10 Players

Hello,

I am looking for some guidance regarding custom lobby access for a small Apex Legends community.

I currently play Apex Legends with a group of approximately 8 friends, including several players who had barely played Apex before but recently started playing after being introduced to the game by our group.

We would love to organize private Battle Royale matches together. Playing with friends has helped these newer players better understand and enjoy Apex Legends, and we feel that being able to play private matches together would be a great way to keep them engaged with the game and grow our small community.

We understand that standard private Battle Royale matches require at least 30 players. Our group currently has around 8 players, although we could potentially increase this to around 10 if necessary.

This would be completely non-commercial. There would be no entry fees, prizes, sponsors, or commercial activity.

I previously contacted [edit: email address removed] on August 10 regarding whether there is any legitimate way to obtain custom lobby access that would allow Battle Royale matches to start with fewer than 30 players.

I also sent a follow-up on August 20, but as of September 1, I have not received a response.

I completely understand if this type of access is restricted. I am simply trying to find out whether there is currently an application process, eligibility requirement, or appropriate contact for small non-commercial communities like ours.

If an EA Community Manager or anyone familiar with the current process could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
