Not getting my event rewards during the event

I am having an issue where I do the missions in order to get points, and once I get them, when I go to the "Prize tracker" my points will not go up (and also I don't have the reward on my invertory either), but on the match summary the missions are marked as done and that I have more points than it actually appears. I'll leave some pictures to show you the issue. 

(In the pictures you may see how I have 750 points according to the prize tracker, but on the match summary I have completed the 2500 points mission  xd?)

Is someone else experiencing this? Is there a way to solve it?
