Octane heirloom not showing
I just got heirloom shards last night in my PS5 account. I picked octanes heirloom and it shows that I’ve unlocked it but when I play octane it doesn’t show him holding it at all. How do I get that issue fixed?

@dougdaner123I haven't gotten an heirloom set yet, but I have seen people mention that you actually have to equip the heirloom item after you unlock it, in order to use it. I saw a clip once, and it looked like it appeared on the bottom-right of the screen, when looking at the list of skins for the character.
You probably haven't equipped it.
- @dougdaner123 You need to equip it. You can do this in your lobby, just go into the legend menu, from there go to skins and you'll see the option to equip the heirloom.
If you want to use the banner pose and all of that as well, you'll need to equip those as well.
