Octane meta

A simple question, and I'm hoping for a simple answer.

When will this game called "Octane Legends" end?

After two nerfs, Wildcard is still unplayable because Octane is running around everywhere.

How long will it take you to do something about this, because this mode has been unplayable since Octane's buff.

I'm asking in the context of Wildcard - it's impossible to play this mode if half the players are Octane.

BTW. I'm not asking about its balance in other game modes, where there can be one Octane per team. In Wildcard, everything happens quickly, and I often still see teams with two or three Octanes. This is something terrible.
