Octane too good compared to the rest
When you look at octanes kit and how well it works together and then look at the rest of the cast of characters it's sad, he's too good. Now I should be clear I don't think octane needs a nerf he has...

@S_Dustt I think he's fairly balanced, especially if you play him with a bangalore or crypto. EMP and ult the team, then jump pad in on stunned enemy, super easy kills. I get destroyed every time someone does it to me.
