Octane's Hit and Run Skin missing

I just updated the game and all the cosmetics files were gone, after downloading it again I checked the legend skins and saw that my fav skin Hit and Run for octane was missing. I bought the skin earlier this year so I checked the flux store and saw that the skin was not here anymore. Please help I can't play Octane without that skin ToT.
