one problem with cross progression
I have two ea accounts, one with my pc account and one with my xbox account i understand that you can't merge them or combine them but why? It would be so nice especially to the people who had an xbo...

Well i aint no expert but simply for a same reason you can't merge 2 steam accounts, 2 PSN accounts, 2 Xbox accounts... etc.
I would there are some limitations to this. Most likely with data overlapping each other or something like that.

Yeah but with the unlinking and re linking why would they have to store all the game progress on the ea account instead of the platform?
