8 months agoHi there. Did that second case ever change to the Transferred status? Since they said it's supposed to be transferred, that should be happening any time if it hasn't by now. The support team will be investigating the issue then and that could take a few days.

Hi, the status of all cases is still "In Progress"

You'll need to open a new case then. That can be done here. When you get in touch with an advisor, ask them for an update on the previous cases.

That's what I've done - (the chat I mentioned above), and then Agent #3 said both cases are fine and that EA will “eventually” get back to me.
