Hi, the status of all cases is still "In Progress"

8 months agoYou'll need to open a new case then. That can be done here. When you get in touch with an advisor, ask them for an update on the previous cases.

That's what I've done - (the chat I mentioned above), and then Agent #3 said both cases are fine and that EA will “eventually” get back to me.
