Opened 30 apex packs and didn't get any legendary item.

Hey guys, so today i hit lvl 37 hoping to get my first legendary item on 30th pack, but i didn't. It says guarantee legendary in 30 packs, i've opened 30 packs and nothing... also from 30 packs i've ...

you are right there is bad luck protection that says you cannot open more than 30 packs without receiving a legendary item, but this wouldn't be any item at legendary rarity, including legendary crafting materials
