@DeathRaven_1983 No, servers are always like this, no matter if they are overloaded or empty. This is one of the major issues of apex but it's not being fixed 🤨
@Cro_Pittt Yea exactly. I know I just overlooked the feeling when I was invested in this game because I was used to it... but now I’ve played other games again... wow.
@DarthValtrex, lolz in one of those matches I was tracking a wraith who was lagging hard. She jumped couple of meters while running from time to time. Was epic to see.
@apostolateofDOOM, good work comrade! I entirely know what you mean. I truly think my time with Apex is over. I cant play this game anymore with how it feels... oh well I’ll always have the forums with the hope they’ll improve the servers

@Koochi-Q don't they use EA servers, in which case they can't fix them as they ain't their servers to fix surely?
I think we'll see the second coming of christ, the skynet apocalypse and aliens settling on earth before EA dips into their vast profit pool and invests in server upgrades. (In that order too)
- @MandatoryIDtag That’s why I’m not putting the blame on (entirely) Respawn and say ‘Fix your servers’ but ‘hope they improve their servers’ (which is vaguegely worded intentionally because I dont know which servers Apex uses unless I believe your previous post that it uses multiple servers).
But it’s not entirely server sided, but I cant gauge the extent seeing as even firing range requires to be on their mp servers. But I get the same feeling playing their, just less.
Well crazier things have happend :P@Koochi-Q I think respawn just need to pray that the overwatch team never make a BR, that would truly be the death of apex i think. At the moment it fills a niche gap in BR so it's always gonna be safe...ish.
The overwatch team just much better at map design and character concepts and balancing. The SBMM runs a lot smoother too.
@Koochi-Q For me things had gotten worse and worse by every season. S2 had code leaf and code net issues but when you were in a game there was not this amount of lag. S3 was still playable but since S4 launch the situation has really gotten worse to the point where you can't really enjoy playing, at least that's for me.
@MandatoryIDtag You don't need to wait Overwatch BR. As much as someone can hate it Valorant will take lots of players from Apex. Just look at the major streamers of Apex, they are all saying they'll pretty much quit playing and move to Valorant. Now you can say who gives a * about them, but a lot of new players get to know Apex because they watch them, and if they stop playing it, less newbies will come. I'm not saying it will die though, but for sure it will be a solid hit for the playerbase
@Cro_Pittt Is valorant currently PC only? If so it won't be that devastating a hit really.
@MandatoryIDtag yep PC only but console players still watch them on Twitch, no matter which device they play on. I agree it's not like it will kill Apex, but its playerbase will decrease for sure ( also because more and more people are getting tired of the bad servers and netcode).
