Cross play seems enabled no matter your settings.
@EdwardDLuffy Pretty sure it's a visual bug as it even shows you as PC.
I'm not a great player (1.24 kdr) but hold my own and my AD on Arenas is over 1,000. In this mode though it's barely worth me turning up.
