Talk about placebo 😛
The only difference in the hitbox as far as I can tell from testing is the two parts of the legs which I've ringed in the left hand image (which were MINISCULE) have been plugged. Interestingly there's a new hole in exactly the same part of the leg but on the front of the leg, which is even smaller - but it's there for the sake of full disclosure.
The larger models still use the same hitbox, so the fundamental problem is exactly the same. The models still dont take hits on the pylons etc just as before (not should they, these elements should be removed).
The hitbox is essentially identical :D And look how much less complaining there's been about it just because they've said 'we've fixed it' :D

The hitbox has been '' fixed '' before. And you din't see me happy on the forum.
The hitbox already was good. I have also been in testing ground trying out and it seemed on point.
But that was a pathfinder standing still.
I have no idea what they changed now but i can hit the damn thing now while hes moving and flying.
Obviously the hitbox wasn't the issue when a pathfinder was standing still.
Maybe i should not have typed Hitbox is good now, But just I can finaly shoot a pathfiner!

Something else that could be having an impact is that you get a Pathfinder skin in the S2 Battlepass : but it's a slender skin, not a fat legendary-type skin. Which means more people are using the model which actually resembles the hitbox.
Between that and the lowprofile meaning people are getting kills they shouldn't be, people will feel a lot better.
Sadly in ranked : LowProfile is significant. The higher you go the harder the games. People who don't miss their shots often.

I said it here on the forums a slew of times. Many very good players play Pathfinder for best the best Q in the game. And when average andy's get owned, they scapegoat the hitbox to maintain an overinflated sense of self.
It's easier than admitting you're trash, and need to step up your game.

In S2 also my skills got a update!
We got some AMAZING programmers over there rofl.
I can shoot pathfinder now NOT because they changed something with the hitbox but they gave my skills an update.
But somehow im not able to hit other legends more accurate.
In the patchnotes they say they adressed something in pathfinders hitbox that should fix problems with hitting him.
Updated the hit box to better conform with the base model.
I guess they din't change a thing., I just stepped up my game the exact moment S2 launched.
Because that makes a lot more sense!
And i was playing in gold since day 2.
So the chances of me running into good pathfinders was way higher then before S2.
it din't even matter if the pathfinder was good or not. Everybody can walk around.
I could not lazer them before, But i can now!
