@EThought113213Haha at you’re post as usual. Always makes me smile or chuckle at the very least...
Only gun which comes closest to aimbot is R301 at no longer than 15-20m.
Love PC ppl who keep saying ‘aim assist on console is aimbot’ while the console players keep rebutting that and point out the high DPI of mice which basically accurately lets you pinpoint each pixel on screen if you’re that good at keeping your mouse in check, while there’s NO WAY on console to get even close to doing that with the thumbstick so aim assist was brought in to basically Neo-in-the-matrix slow down the cursor for better and more consistently aiming and keep claiming aimbot/hax
- 5 years ago@Koochi-Q I do try 🙂
I've played tons of fps games on console and only in Apex did I feel that the aim assist was so strong that it is cheating.
Honeslty I feel everyone should use the same thing, either all mouse and keyboard or all controller. Mixing the 2 together in fps games has never been a good idea. I don't care you have aim assist that is wayyy to strong imo, I just don't want it in my games.- 5 years ago
@EThought113213I have the other way experience. I come from PC like 10+ years ago when the gaming peripherals weren’t nearly as advanced as they are now obviously and played some PvP games that required fast movement and precision. I found those games playing easier than playing console games where the same needed to happen.
Aiming on console with Aim Assist works good for certain situations and in others it’s detrimental. Try shooting 1 person and another one steps halfway in front of your target and the guiding will try to focus on the new guy while you’re basically fighting to get your cursor on target... basically giving you another layer of recoil to deal with. Fighting from 50+m with auto rifle? Good luck.
You can always turn off aim assist and see how you’ll fare, I can promise you, you won’t fare, you’ll get taken out by a lvl 1 new player with a mozambique most likely cause the aim is atrocious and ppl have to teach themselves how to play without aim assist.
Even your own post needs to make you think about aim assist if it’s true. 0 for mouse. Why? Like I said, a mouse can pinpoint basically each pixel with a high amount of accuracy if you know your mouse and your settings.
Controller on pc has less aim assist. Why? Dont know, why. Controller on console is closest to aimbot. Why? Well my thinking is without it they wouldn’t the same feeling that pc ppl get. Matches would be luck based or only the ppl who mastered non-aim assist would come out on top every single time. But that still doesn’t mean it’s near aimbot that keeps it centered on the target. And is the 1.0 value measured in 1000 percentiles or 100, like in math where 1.0 can be just 1, or 10, or 100 or 1000 depending on what the situation is. Cause if 0.6 is 600 out of 1000 or 60 out of 100, that is alot of argue-room for it not being close to aim bot...
That is, if what you said is true obviously.- 5 years ago@Koochi-Q "Controller on pc has less aim assist. Why? Dont know, why. Controller on console is closest to aimbot. Why? Well my thinking is without it they wouldn’t the same"
by the way, am almost sure that once a console player joins a PC lobby then the aim assist is turned down, and not only that, the aim gets completely scrambled and not accurate even for a controller.
and when I say not accurate I mean literally not accurate
- 5 years ago@Koochi-Q I couldn't say it better but I would like to add a few things, If you @EThought113213 felt that it's very easy and as you said (legal aimbot ) then why you don't just play on console and become the god of Apex
another thing, PC players really don't get how this thing works, aim assist as Koochi said is completely useless after 10 meters and within the 10 meters if am not aiming at you it will NOT direct or drag my to you, I have to adjust my aim and be accurate for this thing to work and it will only slow down the aim, again SLOW DOWN the aim around your hitbox, so am already aiming at you correctly but aim assist is helping to maintain it but I should have a good aim and aim tracking skill for this thing to work which will only work within 10 meters.
console players can NOT turn as quick as pc players, it's very normal for pc player to have their look sensitivity up to 7 or 8 but you will not find any player doing that on console unless if that player is either using MNK on the console or he/she is a god.
just a couple of days I was chilling in pc lobbies (aim botting some pc players) 🙂 and one LL jumped in front of me and did 360 mid-air, of course, she did that because she panicked after I shot her, the point is that you will never see this sort of things on console- 5 years ago
you can turn as quick if you use alc

your comment is irrelevant, ive played controller on pc to diamond 2 and tried console, console is way closer to actually being an aim bot, as soon as you are on the other player you have 0 recoil and tracking is so * easy all you console players trying to argue different is * stupid, when i play on a lower rank account on pc and come across someone on console they beam you everytime and you may argue its because we only get 60 fps, well that fuckingf * because i play on a 60 hz monitor so the * argument of this is * dumb, not saying controller doesnt need aim assist but console aim assist is actually * broken, play on pc after console and i bet your aim is nowhere near as * good, now the controller does have downfalls, looting, movement and long range, but long range you can ust grab a sniper and gg so console players need to get a grip and understand their aim assist is actually broken and not needed make it the same as pc controller and less people will * about it, its that simple
