That's because there are barely any console players that disable cross-play.
If players don't enable this option, does this mean that they like cross-play?
If so, should these platforms be forcibly split apart?
I mean, if users like cross-play so much, you'd make quite the portion of players mad by forcing them like that.
But when I enabled it back up, I was able to find games again. Instantly at best, or I had to wait 30 seconds at worst.
Honestly, with all the players out there, I find it highly unlikely that only 3 people disabled crossplay.

Either the feature is hidden far too much.
Though I personally think it's more logical that there aren't enough players using it so there are good queue times on all datacenters.
You might see a lot of users in console only lobbies on NY servers, whilst other servers might carry a few users, creating a big gap in queue times.
Rank disparity becomes even greater with less players too, so filling lobbies will become even harder if there aren't that many players.
- 3 years ago@XHelperZ yeah to be fair, this option is not present in-game. You have to disable it via the main Xbox settings. Thing is, you'd assume that there would be more than 3 people interested in doing so, right? But apparently no.
I play on Frankfurt servers, they are the closest to me. - pandareno19993 years agoHero+

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but the way I'm reading your posts, it seems that you don't understand how cross play works in console lobbies. Cross play in console plobbies means that playstation, xbox, and switch players play together. PC players are not part of the mix here (except in OP's case, who is claiming that PC players are somehow glitching into their console lobbies). It doesn't matter how populated a region is, non-cross play lobbies for console basically don't exist. Nobody on console plays with cross play turned off, because there's simply no reason to. Switch players would like to be able to play in non-cross play lobbies due to the extreme disadvantage they face in playing against players from other consoles with 60 fps. But even on Switch, no one uses that feature (except, rumor has it, in Japan), so they cannot find such lobbies.
Again, forgive me if I'm mistaken, but it sure sounds like you think that "cross play" for console players means that they play with and against PC players.
OP, we need some video or photo proof here or something, in order to have a proper discussion. Otherwise, this is a case of your word against that of Respawn itself. The only instances of this ever heard of have been a few isolated cases of PC Predator players who somehow cheated in order to glitch into console lobbies and were caught.
- 3 years ago@pandareno1999 Not anymore in Japan. That was the case 2-3 seasons from the release of the switch version but now you can’t find games anymore. Everyone just plays the cross play lobbies now.
